Cancellation Policy

Common orders can be cancelled at no charge within 12 hours after they were placed. So please send us cancellation email to service@zeepec.com with the order number. If cancelled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a full refund. Since your products are print-on-demand and made just for you, $5-$9 customization fee will apply for per item if the order need to be cancelled more than 12 hours after purchase.

Style, Size or Picture Changed

Due to the processing time, we are unable to make any changes once the order is placed after 12 hours.

Recipient Information Modification

If you need to modify the recipient information, please send us an email to service@zeepec.com with your order number and the information that you would like to modify within 24 hours after purchase, otherwise, it can't be modified anymore.

If we shipped you wrong item/color/size

Please send us email to service@zeepec.com with a picture of the item you received and order number. We will reprint the item and resend it total free.

Return&Refund Policy

Our personalized item cannot be returned or exchanged or get a refund unless it is defective or damaged. If this happened, please send us an email to service@zeepec.com with your order number and an image of the product you received within 3 days of receipt. We will try our best to help you and reply you within 1 working day.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification email. And also it may take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund.

Please kindly understand the photo is printed on the textile. Generally, the sharpness is different from the photo on paper or electronic products. Please send us email to service@zeepec.com with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing. We will try our best to help you.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item within 7 days of receipt, please send us an email to service@zeepec.com with your order number and an image of the product you received. We will reply you within 1 working day.
